The Director's job is to work directly with the customer's IT and business to identify what technologies and solutions best matches the customer's needs. The director will be involved in all phases of the project beginning with needs analysis, proposal, proof of concept, design, delivery, and any add-on development.
This job's purpose is to be a leader for our customers and our developers taking a customer through from start to finish the delivery of a new solution. Each director has the experience of proposing their ideas and solutions to the customer, identifying cost, time to delivery, and working up and down the customer's business in order to drive their solution to completion. It is the director's communication skills, and footwork that help a customer initiate a project and see it through to completion.
